Nina Povia, Residential Appraiser
Nina has been with the St. Johns County Property Appraiser’s Office for two years. In her current role, she performs a complete and detailed analysis of residential properties to determine its fair “just value” or market value, which is then used for property tax purposes. Her appraisal area includes homes in Julington Creek Plantation, Durbin Park, RiverTown and along SR 13.
What Nina enjoys most about her position with the Property Appraiser’s Office is that she learns something new every day.
When not at work, you can catch Nina spending time with her family or playing softball with the county program at Treaty Park.
